Janelle Henly


Janelle has practiced yoga for over a decade and makes an effort to weave mindfulness, meditation, and movement into her daily life. She has experienced firsthand the benefits of yoga and how it has changed her life for the better, bringing her more awareness, joy, and purpose. 

Janelle is an 200-hour RYT, credited through the Yoga Alliance. She enjoys constantly finding new inspiration to bring to her classes with an emphasis on empowering others to find their own inner strength and develop a deeper sense of self.  To her, yoga is so much more than just a practice on the mat, it is a way of life.
