Beth’s teaching is informed by her extensive training in functional anatomy, years of hands-on work with bodies changing posture and the insights gleaned from her daily asana practice. She strives to offer classes that are challenging, accessible and empowering, sharing her passion for yoga and helping others know its tremendous power to heal and transform.
She believes whole-heartedly that through committed discipline to a personal practice, we will learn to slow down, breath and listen to our body … we learn to enjoy the entire process, even in moments of challenge.
