40 Days to Personal Revolution Challenge
Join us for 40 days of yoga, meditation, and inquiry using the Baptiste methodology to take your yoga and life to a deeper place. As part of this challenge, you will practice weekly at your own pace (5 classes a week is recommended) – with one weekly communal meeting on Saturdays from 11-12:15. These meetings bring the 40 day community together to share in their journey, discuss the upcoming week’s focus and dive deeper into the Baptiste methodology around the 8-limbs of yoga.
Challenge begins February 22, 2020 and culminates April 4th with a special community celebration.
Cheryl originally came to TPY as a student, jumping into this same 40 Day to Personal Revolution program here to correct problems with lower back pain and plantar fasciitis. What she discovered during that program was far more than physical relief and inspired her to continue her practice and explore the other layers of yoga beyond the physical.
She believes the practice of rolling out your mat and giving yourself attention can be one of the most valuable pieces of the practice. It teaches you how to say yes to yourself in a world that always pulls you in other directions. Just as her weekly yoga classes, her workshops open our eyes and senses to a deeper experience.
