Heated Vinyasa

Held in a 90-95 degree room, our all-levels vinyasa focuses on linking your breath with your movement, and teaches to maintain a calm, focused mindset through intensity. Prepare to sweat, twist, lunge, and plank to a stronger body and mind.

Gentle

This gentle yoga practice will help to increase mobility and flexibility in a slow, well-rounded approach.  Set in a warm room (78-80 degrees), this practice is suitable for all practitioners.

Restorative

Calm and reset your entire body and mind in this prop-heavy, non-heated restorative yoga practice. Pre-registration is required.

Intro to ashtanga

Dip your toe in one of the oldest and most regiments forms of yoga. In this class, you’ll learn the primary Ashtanga series, with an emphasis on both breath and alignment. Ashtanga is known as a healing practice and a foundational influence on vinyasa.

In this passive and unheated class, postures held for up to 5 minutes to encourage the release and care of deeper tissues of our body including fascia, tendons, ligaments for optimal joint health.

We offer a variety of youth yoga programs that engages your child throuhg active, yoga-based group games and independent relaxation practices that help your child gain confidence and experience the physical and emotional benefits of yoga.
